The newbie! The new kid on the block! King of the dad jokes! We are lucky to add Trent to the team as he has excellent customer service skills and is a great problem solver. Your property will be well cared for in his hands.
This guy isn't afraid of anything! He is a reptile enthusiast and often finds (and plays with) his hobby while at work! He is very down to earth and will do anything to help another person, which is making him quite the fan favorite! He enjoys hunting, riding his dirt bike and searching for all kinds of creepy crawlies when he has down time! We are grateful to have him here!
Mark E Mark. If you've had the pleasure of meeting him, you know that he is a very thoughtful person and takes quality very seriously. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he will definitely find out the answer, which makes customers love him! He loves the the Dallas Cowboys (poor guy) and is a huge wrestling fan!
Former customer turned team member. Our very first team member at that! He is a serious people person which gives him a big following among customers! He has a knack for making people feel at ease, even when dealing with something icky, like bugs. You can rest assured you're in good hands with him!
Sister to Brenda, Sister-in-law to Stacey, the nucleus of this operation. Her's is the voice many of you hear when contacting our office. She is also behind all the text messages and emails. She does a lot and she is AH-MAZING at it! She is an incredible asset to our team and lights up any room she walks in!
THE BOSS. This girl does all of the back end, sometimes not so fun, stuff. She has held every position in the company including being a tech for 5 years! She is the resident IT department and can often be found rolling her eyes when all we had to do was turn the device off, then back on... She is a big animal lover and has a very contagious laugh!
The owner. She has almost 20 years experience in the pest control industry and is fanatical about customer service! She has a slight obsession with 80's hair bands and 90's country music. Weird, we know, but that's her. The best piece of business advice she ever received was from her dad "My dad owned a painting business for years and I was usually his helper on the weekends and during the summer. Whenever we would pull up to a house, he would always tell me (and do it himself as well) 'Kick the rocks back into their yard and off the sidewalk.' Those words echo in my head every day. It means go above and beyond, do more than what is expected and leave your surroundings better than when you found them."
